Meet Diana

A woman with brown hair and a black dress standing in front of artwork and a white wall, smiling and resting her chin on her hand.

Do you feel like the Statue of Liberty? Strong for others, but just wanting to be yourself?

When constant people-pleasing turns into burnout, Life starts to feel like a job. It’s easy to slip into routine.

Show up. Figure it out. Do. Repeat.

I’m Diana, and I help chronic over-givers recover from emotional exhaustion, set healthy boundaries, and build relationships based on mutual respect, not performance.

Through therapy and neurofeedback, I help you develop strategies, improve communication, identify and honor your own needs, and confidently set boundaries so you can finally reclaim your own life.

Moving From Performance to Connection

To the world, you are a lighthouse, a tower of strength. You are the one who always figures it out. But behind the scenes, maintaining this is exhausting. You are quietly drowning in. You are tired of performing just to feel seen and tired of adjusting your volume so others stay comfortable. You’re stuck in an exhausting contradiction.

You feel like you’re doing too much, yet fear you are too much.

Too demanding when you speak up.

Too heavy when you’re hurt or too needy when you ask for support.

So, you shrink. You swallow your needs to keep the peace. When over-giving becomes routine, your life stops feeling like a retreat and becomes more work. You are left with a heavy ache. People think they know you, but most of the time, you feel like they do not know who you are.

Get to know the REAL you!

Thoughtfully crafted to transform what matters most.

I don’t do clinical distance, rigid checkboxes, or sterile formulas. My approach is direct, honest, and deeply personable. Think of me as a trusted partner. I will always look you in the eye and tell you the truth. I don’t want to just treat symptoms. I want to understand your unique life and explore long-held beliefs.

Why did you learn to carry the world on your shoulders?

When did your needs start to feel like "too much"?

Our Services

Talk Therapy

Talk therapy is a space to get advice, skills and resource so that you don't have to carry everything by yourself. It’s the place that you talk through the heavy stuff, make sense of complex feelings, and figure out what you truly need. Together, we’ll work through the noise so you can feel lighter, more grounded, and connected to who you really are.

Neurofeedback

Neurofeedback is a gentle, brain-based approach that helps your nervous system learn to self-regulate. By observing your brain’s natural activity in real time, it trains your brain to shift out of feeling stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed and into a state of focus, calm, and emotional resilience.

Couples and Family Therapy

Relationships take work, but you don't have to figure it out alone. Couples and family therapy gives you a place to break through repetitive arguments, rebuild trust, and truly hear one another. Together, we’ll address the patterns holding you back so you can heal old wounds, deepen your connection, and build a stronger, more supportive dynamic.

Outside of the Therapy Room

When I’m not working with clients, I try to practice what I preach by pouring energy into the things that fill my own cup. I am a proud dog lover and mom to two puppies. I’m also a dedicated Pilates girlie and an avid traveler on a lifelong, passionate mission to explore all seven continents.
